At Dumas Hardware, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If we did not achieve our goal, and you need to cancel or return any stock item(s), we’d be happy to make it right. To return any item(s), simply bring your receipt with you.
For your convenience, you can cancel items by contacting our Customer Service Desk at 1-800-460-0061 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST within 24 hours of your purchase. Custom/Special Orders are non-refundable.
